Can you help sweet Isaiah? I know his picture doesn't do him justice. Maybe if he had a better picture he wouldn't still need a family. Sometimes a good picture means the difference between finding a family or staying in the orphanage. He must be close to being sent to the institution since he will be 6 this year...that is not a good thing. Can we save this sweet boy?
